EVENT DAY/TIME AND LOCATION
April 26, 2025 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Lord Mansion and Coach House in Olympia, WA.
PARKING
There will be free street parking available around the Lord Mansion and Coach House with limited on-site parking.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR ENTRY
For entry to the event, you will need your first and last name as well as your driver’s license, passport or State ID as we will need to verify that you are of legal drinking age in order to provide you with your drink ticket.
WHAT NOT TO BRING
Please do not bring your own alcohol to the Reception, there is no smoking allowed on the premises and no use of illegal substances is permitted at this gathering.
PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY POLICY
MES will have a professional photographer present for the reception and photos will be released to all attendees after the event. You are welcome to take photos with your own phone or camera but please be courteous to other attendees if they ask you to refrain from taking photos of them.
REGISTRATION WINDOW AND DEADLINES
Registrations will open January 31, 2025 and will remain open until March 31, 2025. If registrations exceed the capacity for the venue prior to the March 31 deadline, the registration portal will close earlier. Registrants who are waitlisted past the capacity of the venue, will be notified if tickets become available up to 1 week prior to the event.
ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT
This is an electronic registration, we will only accept Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card payment. Discover and American Express cards will not be accepted.
AT-THE-DOOR REGISTRATION
We will not be able to accept at-the-door registrations for this event due to fire code attendee count restrictions and catering requests which need to be managed well before the event begins. You or guests that you bring, will not be allowed to enter the venue without having completed a successful registration at least 1 week prior to the event.
REFUND POLICY
We will be able to accept and process refunds up to 1 week before the event. You can expect to receive a refund post to your account 2 weeks after your request.
REENTRY POLICY
You will be allowed back into the event if you exit the venue but you will need to check back in with the door attendant at the front of the venue upon re-entry.
TICKET EXCHANGE/TRANSFER POLICY
Tickets are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, you may not transfer your ticket to another individual as we will first need to prioritize waitlisted registrations for tickets that have been refunded.
EVENT CANCELLATION/RAINOUT POLICY
You can cancel your ticket(s) up to 1 week before the event to receive a refund. This will allow us enough time to offer folks on the waitlist a ticket to attend the reception.
LOST TICKET?
If you have lost your ticket, you can go to the page where you registered for the event and click on the "Update/Review an Existing Order" button to re-download your ticket. If you lost the confirmation email and all your ticket details, please contact the event organizer.
